Day 1: Cochin To Munnar

Pick up from Cochin and drive to Munnar. After check in take a short trip to tea museum and Eravikulam National Park, which is the home to the endangered Nilgiri Thar mountain. Then simple walk through the enchanting tea estates and enjoy the tranquility it provides.

Day 2: Munnar To Rodo Valley

Getting its name from the Rhododendron trees that are aplenty here, the trek along the Rodo valley offers an enthralling experience amidst high altitude rainforests and wildlife such as the Asiatic elephant, sloth bear, Sambar deer and the endangered Nilgiritahr.

Day 3: Rodo Valley to Suryanelli

Digressing from the tourist trail, set off into the wilderness and up the Meesapulimala, the second highest peak of the Western Ghats. On descent you reach the World’s highest located tea estate and finally stretch those tired limbs basking in the warmth of a campfire at Suryanelli.

Day 4: Suryanelli to Lakeside Camp

The day starts early with the promise of multiple activities, beginning with the climb to ‘Phantom’s Head’ for some breathtaking views, to visits to the ‘Anaerangal lake’, literally meaning ‘where the elephants come down, and the tribal village of Muduvans, before it is time to wind down again around the campfire.

Day 5: Lakeside Camp to Santhanpara

The trek along this spice route is one to remember. The ‘Cardomom hills’, as it is popularly called, is endowed with the abundance of large forested areas with spices such as cardamom and pepper and coffee taking shelter under the thick canopy.

Day 6: Departure Transfer

Depart to Cochin as per your flight/Train schedule.
